Position Overview
The General Counselor is the heartbeat of the Skiff Mountain experience. Responsible for the daily well-being, safety, and engagement of a specific group of campers (grades 3-10), the General Counselor acts as a mentor, role model, and "summer parent." In our choice-based environment, you will guide campers through their self-selected schedules, foster a supportive residential culture, and ensure every child feels seen, heard, and included.
